Working within Rick Mather Architects we have undertaken a detailed number of urban design and masterplan studies for TfL, considering the future growth of London over the next 20 years and the relationship between major infrastructure improvements, investment and housing supply.
These studies considered five major new infrastructure routes and upgrades with around 30 individual masterplan studies across a range of typologies and characters. These range from green field, suburban, inner London and inner city locations; considering how to deliver the densification and regeneration of industrial and employment sites.
