Kasama Potters

Kasama rearranged

In Kasama there is no ‘house style’. Each potter has their own style but together they are Kasama. The identity takes different styles of the kanji for ‘Kasama’, breaks them apart and rearranges them - individual elements coming together to form a whole. Part of the kanji is given the softness of clay, and is legible in English as the letter ‘k’.
